The Wyoming Celiac Conference is May 3, 2003, in Casper, Wyoming.  The conference will have:
  a.. Kent Katz, M.D. - Gastroenterologist; Effects of Celiac Disease 
  b.. George Ovecka, M.S.R.D. - Dietician; The Gluten-Free Diet 
  c.. Carol Fenster, Ph.D. - Author; Gluten-Free Cooking & Baking 
  d.. Kathleen Apodaca, M.S. - P.P.C.; Emotional Impact of Celiac Disease 
  e.. Bob Levy - Food Expert; Ways To Enjoy Gluten-Free Dining 
  f.. Mary Schluckebier - CSA Executive Director and past President 
Mary Schluckebier and Bob Levy will also be joing those participating in the GF catered luncheon.

Cost:

Saturday: Conference - $15.00 per person

Saturday: Lunch - $10.00 per person 

Sunday: Levy Workshop - $20.00 per person

Conference Information Packets $7.00 (includes all information from the conference including all handouts, except the presenters speeches)


Registration Deadline: April 26, 2003
