I'm new at this list and would put two question:

1) Since almost non-gastroenteric celiac symptoms seem to be related to
malabsorption, how can I eat and absorb vitamins after have eaten foods
with gluten? If I find a way to absorb vitamins (say by pills or
injections) even after a gluten contact, this could relieve
non-gastroenteric symptoms like fatigue, etc.;

2) This could seem foolish but is there a way to transplant the part of
the intestine in which the bad reaction with gluten develops?

Thanks, and sorry for my english.
Mike
