Hi everyone

I saw a message here that San-J Tamari was on the Clan Thompson list as not
being GF (gluten-free) which puzzled me greatly.  I called San-J and they
said that the Wheat-Free Tamari is completely gluten free and contains only
water, soya beans, salt and a little corn-based alcohol.

I haven't checked the Clan Thompson list to see what product was being
referred to in case there has been some confusion here, but anyway the Wheat
Free Tamari is great for us and even the alcohol content for those who worry
about these things is fine.
