I'd heard that zinc would remove the white spots on my nails, but
what are it's other properties? I've always gone with the old
vitamin C treatment for colds.(And this didn't work within 15
minutes I can assure you!)

Any side effects from prolonged use, or possibility of overdosage?
I tend to absorb minerals (and most medicines) etc at an alarmingly
fast pace (and this despite an intestinal lining smooth as glass!),
so have to be careful of overdosage.
