I am confused about cellulose powder which is used and frozen french
fries and pregrated cheese.  Is this something we need to avoid? Does it
contain gluten?  I was told by the dietician to watch for ingredients
that were added to keep food items from sticking together and that is
what this is used for.  What is it?  Thanks for your help.  Cecilia, TX
