Hello all,

My friend Gwynneth called Granaissance (the makers of mochi and amasake) and
talked to a women who says all their amasake is gluten free EXCEPT Mocha
Java which contains malt from barley and/or rye. I am going to order the
hazelnut asap and give it a try. Thanks Gwynneth.
