This Sour Cream Belgian Waffle is yeast free and easy to make. I
converted it from a regular recipe. No need to rise. Use immediately or
leave in refrigerator overnight.

Sour Cream Belgian Waffles
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour (Bette Hagman's Baking Mix)
1/4 tsp. xanthan gum
1 Tbsp. baking powder
Mix butter, milk, vanilla, sugar, eggs and sour cream with a fork. Add
dry ingredients gradually. Use 3/4 c. for a 7" waffle. Makes six. These
turn out very light. We're all hooked.
