I was given one without instructions, and asked for advice from other owners. I received several recipes and instructions. Two responses I thought were worth sharing: One advised me to be cautious of cross-contamination, since the machine was previously used by a non-celiac. Another person preferred to bake her breads in the oven because when she used the machine, her electricity bill increased over $30. Both cautionaries are things I had not considered. I wonder if the electricity cost increase could be a regional thing. I'm also surprised that the machine would use more electricity than a conventional oven.
