Hi

I just spoke to the DH and said I didn't want her given gluten again. He says
that we must have given her too much to start with, wants to give her a very
small amount and build up so that her system can "learn to cope with it"!!!!
Says
if she reacts to the tiny amount, then obviously gluten isn't the problem and
we'll have to look elsewhere and some people get the runs when their diet is
changed. Maybe, but they don't SMELL that bad!!!

I don't know any celiacs I could call and ask them to try and talk some sense
into the man! Maybe I could contact the local support group? Anyone know
where
I'd find it in or around San Jose/Sunnyvale/Cupertino?

Thanks for all the help.
