Annalise Roberts is a member of our Support Group. She was our guest speaker last night and along with a really enthusiastic and informative talk, she brought some of her goodies for everyone to sample which were really delicious. She recently had a cookbook published entitled Gluten Free Baking Classics, which I, along with many others in my group, eagerly purchased. For anyone interested, please note the following:

Annalise Roberts, author of the newly published Gluten-Free Baking Classics, will be doing a gluten-free baking demo at Chef Central in Hartsdale, New York on Wednesday, May 10 at 7:00. Roberts teaches cooking classes and offers culinary advice and recipes on her website, www.foodphilosopher.com. Gourmet Magazine featured several of her recipes in the November, 2005 issue.
