I had heard that Walt Disney World had great dietary programs, but I,
too, have not had much success finding anyone there that understands a
gluten free diet (However, I have been able to eat by careful ordering
and by talking with the serving staff).
 
Has anyone had a great experience (food-wise!) there?  What's the
secret?  Who can you call in advance?
