I also have tried every brand of gf pasta I could get my hands on.  I have to
disagree with Sylvia however ...  Pastariso is absolutely the BEST (and by a
wide margin) of the pastas I've sampled.  Of course, as with all gf pastas,
one must be careful not to overcook.
