Hi everyone:

I have two questions that maybe some one out there can answer. I've
noticed alot of people when sending in recipes, say to use Pam,
cooking spray? I have been avoiding it, because one of the
ingredients on the can says "Grain alcohol" (if I can remember
correctly). Isn't this a no-no for Celiac's?
The other question is geared towards women. What make of lipstick do
celiac woman use. I was recently told to be careful about lipsticks
as alot of them have wheat germ gylicerides (not sure of the
spelling) in them. I went to the health food store yesterday, and
looked at their lipstick and one of the ingredients was "wheat germ
oil"? I wear a revlon make, I guess I better go to the drug store
and ask if they have a list of ingredients. Any information about
this would be appreciated. Thanks.
