Sorry it took so long to summarize about the problem foods.  I got about 20
responses.

Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese-3 said it's ok, 1 that it's not

Cracker Barrel Chz-2 said they had reactions to it

Sargento Chz-2 said it alright, 1 said they had heard that it is dusted w/flour
to keep from sticking

Condiments in general-5 said they can't handle any condiments or spices at all,
they have a reaction

Shredded chz in general-5 said they stayed away from shredded chz because of the
possibility of it's being dusted w/flour and the annato coloring.

Thank you all so much for your help.  I will try to make some changes based on
the information you've provided me with.
