Hi there,

I've been gluten free since the first of the year and have been doing
good.
I recently cut back on my dairy/casein intake (not really on
purpose), and then had quite a bit of ice cream twice in one week.
It seems as though I've been having stomach pains with some
constipation since then.
I'm not exactly sure that's when the problems started, but I think it
is.
My house is TOTALLY gluten free and I've eaten at home the last
couple of weeks.

My question is:

Has anyone found that they are lactose/casein intolerant AFTER being
gluten free for awhile?
I know many celiacs are during the very beginning stages of the
gluten free diet and I didn't seem to have a problem then.

Any other suggestions as to why I might be having pain at every
meal....hhhmmmm?

Thanks,

Steph
