Does anyone have experience with thai food in Thailand?
We will be spending our vacation on the island of Koh Samui this summer and
since my wife is a celiac it would be nice to know if there is any type of
thai food that should be avoided. We know that a lot of soy sauces contain
wheat.

Any advice would be appreciated!
