My how time flies!  Our next CSA meeting will be coming up on Tuesday,
November 21 (third Tuesday each month), at 7:00 p.m., Sentara Norfolk General
Hospital, A-Wing Conference Room.

Dr. Patricia Raymond (Gastroenterologist consultant for our group) will be
our guest speaker.  You will not want to miss this special occasion!!  Your
questions and concerns will be welcomed.

Bring your favorite Thanksgiving dish along with two copies of the recipe
