Before removing gluten from my diet, I had reactive hypoglycemia (in addition to other symptoms). I have been gluten free for about 4 years and hypoglycemia is rarely a problem for me. Lately however, it has come back and is wreaking havoc in my life. I suspect that I have been being glutened accidentally and am working to resolve the issue. I am wondering how many of you have reactive hypoglycemia episodes as a reaction to being glutened. For me, I believe it happens when gluten is repeatedly being consumed in some unsuspecting way. When I have an isolated incident of gluten, I have different symptoms. I would appreciate hearing from anyone having a similar experience. I will summarize. Thanks.
