I bought this product, Glutino Icing Sugar to make gluten-free,
milk-free icing for my daugther's 2nd birthday.  It comes in a big box,
no instructions (maybe they forgot to put them in?) and the ingredients
listed are "100% pure icing sugar".  Did I just buy sugar?  Does anyone
know what I am supposed to add to make icing--water?  Soy milk?

I would email the company, but the birthday party is tomorrow, and I am
sure they are closed on the weekend.
