Hunt-Wesson makes two kinds of GF puddings: Swiss Miss in the refrigerated
dairy area, and Hunt's Snack Pack which does not require refrigeration.
They are wonderful treats. All varieties are GF (unless there is a
topping). Write to them at PO Box 4800 Fullerton, CA 92634-4800 and ask
them for their booklet called "Food Sensitivities". It has a comprehensive
list of all of their products and their status of being GF, lactose-free,
Soy-free, MSG-free and more. For us here (three Celiacs at home) it is a
real resource.

Good Luck.
