With regards to the enquiries on Maltodextrins.
 
I am a student dietitian from Australia, therefore this may not be
applicable to the American situation.
 
In Australia, Maltodextrins can originate from several sources
including corn starch or wheat starch. As a result, my advice would be to
avoid products containing maltodextrins unless it is clear that the
maltodextrin did not originate from wheat starch.
