Just in case there were other questioning Canadians after the following
post, I called Kraft today to ask about Velveeta. It is gluten free in
Canada.
Kraft Canada has a wonderful list of all gluten free, lactose free and
Kosher products available.  It can be downloaded at
https://www.kraftcanada.com/controller?cmd=HL&lang=EN&ID=31616. Just look
toward the bottom of the page and you will see a link to the list. If you
can't print it out they will send you one by calling 1-800-268-7808.
