Grey Poupon is made by Kraft and they list all gluten containing ingredients.
So apparrently grey poupon plain dijon mustard is gf. One person told me
they do not worry about vinegar in mustard, ketchup , or salad dressings, which
is probably why some are not considered gf. Vinegar is an issue many disagree
on. Of course malt vinegar is definitely not gf. Someone told me that flour is
used as a thickener in some mustards, so read ingredients. Also, watch out
for flavored mustards because the flavoring could have gluten in it. Barb
