Want to share with all of you the wonderful results I have using the
Gluten-Free Pantry "Favorite Sandwich Bread" mix. I mix it using the
oven method just as the package says, but I put the dough in 14 English
muffin rings that I have sprayed well with Mazola no-stick spray. Let
rise according to directions, bake for 18 minutes at 375 degrees, maybe
two or three minutes more if the tops are not a delicate brown. The buns
are perfect for sandwiches, etc. and have a good taste. When I make
bread from scratch I always use the muffin rings, and I have no concern
about the bread being well baked in the middle. King Arthur sells muffin
rings, but I bought mine at a kitchen specialty shop. One person I know
made his own by cutting tin cans. I have no connection with either
Gluten-Free Pantry or King Arthur. Hope someone tries this method and
likes it. - From Helen in Tipp City, OHIO
