Here is a summary of my recent question asking if posters had taken Tums
and also what they take for calcium.  Thanks to all.
4 use Tums regularly with no problem, one took Tums and it caused colitis,
quit taking Tums as they contain cereal solids, regular strength are GF but
manufacturer says ones for osteoporosis aren't, one developed diahrrea
taking 4 per day; recommendations for calcium-Mela-Cal by Melaleuca, Inc.,
Calcium citrate, green veggies, tofu and exercise, take magnesium and vit.
D w/calcium, Nature Made Calcium and Magnesium with Zinc, Oscal, Harvest
Health Calcium from Grand Rapids, MI, K-Marts equivilent to Caltrate 600.
I am not endorsing any of these products, just passing along suggestions.
