I received the following from their customer service. I was asking about their yogurts which contain NutraFlora- a fiber that can be derived from barley or rye. Luckily, their's is from sugar and is gluten free:

Your interest is of utmost importance to us, and we take your comments very seriously. You were asking for the source of our Nutraflora. The source is sugar cane and sugar beets. At this time all of our products continue to be gluten free.

Please visit the many pages of our website at www.horizonorganic.com for great information about our
products and company. Thank you again for taking the time to contact us.

Sincerely,
Consumer Services
