The following microwave meals have been confirmed GF.

Thomas E. Wilson:  Baked Ham with sweet glaze with honey
                   Glazed ham with maple and brown sugar glaze
                   Italian seasoned pork roast
                   Seasoned beef sirloin roast

John Morrell "convenient cuisine":  Chicken in tequilla
                                    Meatloaf

These are both available at Kroger and the Thomas E. Wilson meals are also
at Super Wal Mart.  They are just like the Hormel micro meals (beef and
pork roast au jus)...haven't tried all of the above, but am glad that we
have the option.
