Hi,
I did speak with Kathy Kingsley, the magazines food editor this week. She
reported that she had received some very positive feedback, on their gluten
free recipes,in the Feb. issue. She would like to hear from more of you, so
she can show the editors that there is indeed a large interest in these kinds
of recipes. She will also be contacting Beth Hillson (Gluten- Free Pantry)
whom she knows,and who would be a good source for information, and possibly an
article. Beth is published. I have mailed her the information from the FAQ
file I downloaded, so she can read up on CD.  Kathy can be E-mailed at
