CELIAC WEEKEND CONFERENCE
Columbus Day Weekend, October 11-13
$400. lodging not included. 10% Early bird discount.
Space is limited at conference center. Lists of area
lodgings available from Camp Kieve.

Conference includes: All meals, keynote speaker Bette Hagman, author of
Gluten Free Gourmet and More Gluten Free Gourmet. Baking and bread making
demonstartions by Beth Hillson of The Gluten Free Pantry in Glastonbury, CT.
Presentations made by physician-specialists.
 
All food at the conference will be gluten-free. Preparation overseen by
Rebecca Reilly. Other workshops will be offered, as well as time to enjoy
canoeing, boating, swimming, saunas, walks, woods, and entertainment on
Saturday evening.

Menu: Broiled smoked mozzarella and Fresh Tomatoes, Tapenade,
Lemon seafood risotto, pasta panzanella, grilled boneless leg of lamb,
roasted rosemary potatoes, salad with a gorgonzola vinaigrette, tiramisu.
