Hi there,

I am astounded at how much wheat there is in almost everything. In an
attempt to lose a few pounds I joined weight watchers. Everyone is drooling
over the frozen desserts available, and all the yummy muffins, which I can't
have. No problem, I just substitute GF products for the grains they allow.
However, they have some frozen dinners which would be of such help to me. In
reading the labels I see that there is soy sauce, wheat flour, or other what
else may be hidden gluten.
Has anyone used any frozen diet meals with success and no symptoms? I do
most of my own cooking and only eat out at place which I know can give me a
GF meal. These frozen dinners would be helpful at times. Any suggestions?
Thank you all, and have a wonderful holiday.

Love and peace,

Libby
