Celebrate St Patrick's Day at Seattle's first Annual Gluten-Free Food  
Festival.
 
There is still time to make your reservations for the first Annual  
Gluten-Free Food Festival in Seattle on St. Patrick's Day. Reservations may be  made 
via online (_www.gluten.net_ (http://www.gluten.net) ) or  telephone 
253-833-6655 with appropriate payment. Tickets will not be mailed from  March 12 through 
16 but will be available for pick up at the event. Tickets will  also be 
available for purchase at the door, but at an increased amount. For  details, see

This will be a family event!! Visit the Odyssey Discovery Center, Pike  Place 
Market, Seattle Waterfront and more. This event is designed with families  in 
mind. Enjoy hours of fun, meet new friends, and our sponsors. Participate in  
our GF dessert and silent auctions
 
What: Seattle's Gluten-Free Food Festival with GF Beers
When: March 17,  2007 3 pm to 7 pm
Where: Bell Harbor International Conference Center located  at Pier 66, 
Seattle
Admission: $30/Adult $20 for youth 12 & under  (Tickets at the door are 
$40/adults and $25 for kids 12 and under)
Sponsored  by: The Gluten Intolerance Group of North America (GIG).
 
The menu includes gourmet GF favorite foods with a new twist - pizzas,  
Rueben and Grilled chicken and cheese wraps, Asian pork barbeque quesadillas and  
cheese quesadillas, crab cakes, and more. The festival features GF beers from  
the US, England and the Netherlands as well as GF hard ciders, ales and wines. 
A  special drink bar for children will offer juice and sodas.
 
We hope to see you in Seattle - it is a lively town with many events  
celebrating St Patty's day. If you can not make it this year - plan to attend  next 
year!
