To all who responsed:

Below is the response I received from the FDA. It is suggested that letters are
written to the address included. Make sure the docket # appears.

Also my first e-mail was to a Mr Levitt ,whose e-mail is  [log in to unmask]

I know for myself if I can e-mail someone I seem to get it accomplished so lets
do what we can and swamp them with letters.

We have recently received a citizen petition (docket number   99P-2148/CP)r
aising concerns similar to those raised in your e-mail and requesting FDA to
amend its food labeling regulations to require the specific ingredient listing
of spices and natural and artificial flavors on the label.
