I now know Jello puddings are a no-no. Does anyone know if there is a
way to make your own instant pudding mix? I have a cake recipe that
calls for 1 instant vanilla pudding package (not the mixed up product)&
I can't find any gluten-free puddings around. I was looking through my
recipes, but couldn't find anything. I was wondering if maybe I could
put some cornstach, gf flour mix & sugar together & add some extra
vanilla extract. I'd love to know what suggestions people have.
