Hello All -
While I thought this was all prearranged, I have just learned that the five
day conference I will be attending has made only one accomodation for
dietary needs - they are serving everyone pasta with different vegetables,
etc. I am assuming that they have assumed that all dietary requests that
they are recieving are from vegetarians. This leaves me in a serious bind -
what can I possible modify or do in the next two days to prepare for this?
I certainly DO NOT want to be the world's biggest pest at a conference with
over 100 participants. All lunches/dinners are working - thus no meal
breaks for me to return to my own room or go out to pick something up. No
refrigerators in the rooms, etc. I have no desire to be eating steamed
vegies for five days ... and am not a big meat eater. Anyone have any
thoughts/advice/help to share? I know this is short notice - as I leave
Sunday, but your thoughts would be very appreciated!

Thanks!
Kate
