My family was having extreme gas problems with the high starch baked gf foods we were making. I stopped it for awhile and only had meat, veg, and fruit. We could have the potatoes, corn and rice themselves, but the powdered starches were tearing us up. Now we are fine, except when I try to introduce alittle bit of starch. I am now on the look for starch free baking. I haven't searched hard yet but here we go. Does anyone else deal with this and have any ideas? We don't need the baked goods, but the kids like pizza or noodles every now and then. Kristine
