Sorry about that,

        I almost forgot.  Apparently, the US is the only celiac country
that does not reguard quinoa as safe for celiacs.  This makes me even
more confident about trying the quinoa pasta.  The Celiac Sprue
Assoication is largely undecided on this issue.  Some of my reponses
came from over seas as well as within the States.
