Since I have only tested positive on one of the blood tests,
I've decided to do a gluten challenge. It was not an easy decision,
since I am (after 3 months gluten-free and, for the past month,
dairy-free) feeling better than at any time in past 2 years.

The upshot is that I'll eat a normal (read "gluten containing")
diet for the next 2 weeks, then get the biopsy. I plan to continue
avoiding dairy during this time. I'd like to be sure that I get
plenty of gluten in my diet so that the test has a fair chance of
yielding accurate results. Any suggestions of high-gluten non-dairy
foods would be appreciated. Thank you.
