Topic:  Ingredients and the FDA
The new FDA labeling requirements have been in effect a year now.  How
they affect celiacs and the meaning of specific ingredient terms will be
the focus of this general meeting (separate room for children's
activities)
4025 Hancock Drive, Sacramento
directions:  from Hwy 50 or Hwy 80, exit at Watt Avenue.  From 50, go
north on Watt, turn right (east) on Marconi Avenue.  From 80, go south on
Watt, turn left (east) on Marconi Avenue.  Then, going east on Marconi,
turn left at Norris Avenue, then left again at Hancock Drive.  4025 is
the 2nd house on your right.
