FEATURING KINNIKINNICK FOODS:  Jay Bigam will present a brief
introduction to the company and its philosophy, followed by a question
and answer period and sampling of their products.  There will be several
types of gluten-free bread, buns, bagels, donuts and cookies provided.
Please bring along cold cuts, a sandwich spread or dip to enjoy with our
Kinnikinnick samples.

We welcome anyone with celiac or dermatitis herpetiformis to join us,
along with their family members.  Our meetings provide us an opportunity
to get together to learn more about the gluten-free diet from each
other, as well as exchange recipes and information on local dining and
shopping resources.
