Hello,
I am taking my first trip home since being diagnosed and would love to
have some info on places to eat and shop in Portland, Salem and
Tri-Cities. Are there any great health food stores that I should be on
the look-out for? I really need a restaurant in Portland too (preferably
close to Beaverton). I hate seafood though, so if anyone has any other
good suggestions I'd appreciate it (Mexican would be great!). Also if
anyone knows of any great places in the Gorge area and Oregon coast
(Lincoln City area) that would be great too.  I am leaving in three
weeks so I have some time to prepare.
