I am going to be going to Richmond, Lynchburg, Roanoke, and
Martinsville, Virginia in April and am wondering about the places you
can TRUST to get a GF meal.  I still have a hard time trusting people
with my meal preparation so need to have personal accounts of having a
VERY GF meal.

Also if there are any cook yourself steakhouses in these areas as then
that way my husband would do the cooking and I would know that it was
"safe".
