Did anyone catch the following in the Parade Magazine of 25 May?

"Hamilton, 38--the 1984 Olympic old medalist, who has become one of the
skating world's most popular and enduring figures--has been undergoing
chemotherapy [for testicular cancer] for several months at the Cleveland
Clinic, not far from his hometown of Bowling Green, Ohio. He is being
treated on an outpatient basis.Although the skater's cancer already had
spread to his abdomen by the time he was diagnosed last March, doctors say
his chances for a cure are as high as 80% Physical challenges are nothing
new for Hamilton, WHO BATTLED A CHILDHOOD DIGESTIVE DISORDER THAT STUNTED
HIS GROWTH [emphasis added]......"

That really jumped out at me. He could do a lot for advancing knowledge of
celiac disease, if he has it.
