I know that Authentic Foods (310-366-7612) makes a pasta mix that
lists as its ingredients: "Rice Flour, Bean Flour (Garbanzo Beans,
Fava Beans), Salt, Xanthum Gum".  I have not tried their pasta mix,
but I have had great success with their pancake and chocolate cake
mixes, as well as their dehydrated pure maple sugar.  I find that the
addition of the bean flour gives their products a unique taste and
texture that I really like.
