I want to make my own spaghetti sauce with sausage in it.  I had always used
Lou's Hot Sausage.  How do I know what sausage to choose when most of them
list natural flavorings?  Any suggestions?  I shop at Giant Eagle and Tops a
lot.  Does anyone but sausage from there?
