this is kind of silly, but I felt sad the other day when I realized my
celiac daughter might never get to enjoy "banana pudding" -- you know, the
kind made with vanilla pudding, sliced bananas, and vanilla wafers?  I
make my own pudding filling, so no problem there, but can anyone think of
a good GF substitute for vanilla wafers?
