Hi One and All,

I would like to address this email to the person who has a problem
with protein levels.

I have since discovered that not only is this a problem resulting from
weak kidneys(because the kidney chunks much of the protein out via
urine), but that in part the protein is not being absorbed because of
a deficiency of Taurine.

Taurine is a vital amino acid which helps to absorb the protein and
make use of its energy.

Somehow the body which has long since stopped producing this is also
failing to extract Taurine from meat due to food intolerance problems.

Meat seems to be the only source of this. So Vegans/Vegetarians
beware!

Some high energy drinks such as Red Bull, Red Devil, etc contain
Taurine.

      Cheers, Anand.

PS Kidneys are weakened by yeast overgrowth. Yeast ,which has
overgrown due to food intolerance and toxin ingestion, produces its
own toxin such as Tartaric acid. Tartaric acid puts a huge toll on
the kidneys and wears them out. Weak kidneys lead to tiredness and
fatigue as well as hormonal dysfunction, etc, etc. Tartaric acid
inhibits Malic acid which is needed to produce glucon energy which
fuels the brain!!! A starved brain then has difficulty regulating its
immune system. Yeast also produces CO2 which may make the brain
sleepy/dopey.
