Thought I would try to clarify my previous request. The instant pudding mix
I bought is gluten free and kosher for Passover, and also happens to not contain
any dairy ingredients.

In order to serve it to my daughter-in-law (lactose intolerant)and also when
a meat meal is served (that's part of the kosher part-not to mix dairy with
meat), I was hoping to be able to use a non-animal milk when making the pudding.
I've tried to do this with soy milk - White Wave & So Nice, and both times
got a pretty liquidy version of pudding.

Does anyone have any ideas? Has anyone tried rice milk or almond milk to make
an uncooked pudding from a prepackaged mix?

Thanks again,
Helen
