Hi all the other half of the list!(Just kidding)
Finally a place where both women and men are equally representet, another
plus for the list.

This is in response to Don Wiss post that was:
"Hi half the list!

I'm interested in whether vaginal yeast infections have cleared up by going
on the gluten-free diet. My theory is that a gluten eating celiac has a
system that is weakened in various ways, making some women unable to fight
off yeast infections. I've searched through the archives and haven't really
turned up anything. Has anyone had this as a persistent problem and found
the GF diet cleared it up?

Don Wiss."

Obviously i can not answer this question but would like to say that lots of
times persons with yeastinfections(vaginal or other) do well on a
glutenfree diet. Usually that will be combined with a general
sugarfree, yeast(mold)free and for a while dairyfree diet. Most of time s
these diets are also supplemented with varoius vitamins, minerals and
frindly bacterial cultures to help fight the infection to rebuild a healthy
intestinal flora.
