Kerwin,

Suggest you get the bookbooks, "The Gluten-Free Gourmet" and
"More From the Gluten-Free Gourmet", by Bette Hagman.
Her bread recipes are wonderful and worth the price of the
books. Also try a bread machine. My life changed completely
when I got my bread machine, I now eat good bread that my
family even thinks is good.

I think you can order these books from Ener-G Foods or from
Dietary Specialties.

Gook Luck!
LaVaughan
