My celiac daughter will be in Europe for 5 weeks beginning Monday.  The
archives have been a tremendous help.  A friend who has been to Italy said
she thought the Gnocchi would be gf for her in Italy, but I am thinking it
will be like potato rolls here - the name being misleading. Can anyone help
with this.  The only thing in the archives deals with Trader Joe's and not
